Coleman Engineering is hiring for a Survey CAD Drafter in all 3 offices: Iron Mountain, MI; Ironwood, MI; and Green Bay, WI. The qualified candidate should have experience or knowledge of survey mapping and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation and GIS software is a plus but not required. An understanding of legal descriptions, mapping and land/real estate terminology is desired. Field experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in survey type drafting and working knowledge of GIS.
Job Requirements:
- Have knowledge of land surveying and mapping to support the technical work of CAD drafters,surveyors, engineers, subcontractors and agencies for mapping and/or GIS.
- Have ability to perform efficiently under demand and stress.
- Have the proven capability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
