Summary

While this position does require a Wisconsin PLS license, the primary focus is project management, staff coordination, and client communication—not daily fieldwork. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a variety of survey projects across Wisconsin, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing project execution, supervising internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and certifying final deliverables. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys balancing technical oversight with leadership and project coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Wisconsin (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying with at least 2 years in a project management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Wisconsin survey standards, statutes, and regulatory processes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey-related software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a consulting firm or multidisciplinary office environment
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, completing proposals, and client communication
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams or mentoring staff
