Job Description
Full-time position available in any of the Green Bay office. The qualified candidate should have experience or knowledge of survey mapping and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation and GIS software is a plus but not required. An understanding of legal descriptions, mapping and land/real estate terminology is desired. Field experience in surveying is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in survey type drafting and working knowledge of GIS. For the right candidate, remote work may be an option.
Job Requirements
- Have knowledge of land surveying and mapping to support the technical work of CAD drafters, surveyors, engineers, subcontractors and agencies for mapping and/or GIS.
- Have ability to perform efficiently under demand and stress.
- Have the proven capability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the PLSS system.
- Ability to read, write and interpret legal descriptions.
